We take great care in ensuring all our products meet the highest safety & quality standards. Not only do we manufacture in our own 100% GF facility, we are also Certified GF through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO.org).
We are always free from: Gluten, Soy, Nuts, Tree Nuts, Eggs, Oats, Seeds, and many other ingredients that affect our community.
Who is GoodLove Foods?
- GoodLove Foods is a Gluten-Free, CPG Brand specializing in Frozen, Ready-to-Bake goods that are Unbelievably Gluten-Free.
- Our ready-to-bake line makes it quick and easy for anyone to be a gluten-free baker in the comfort of their own home, without the mess or the stress. It's as easy as Freezer, Oven, OMG.
What products does GoodLove Foods offer?
- Our current product line includes Gluten-Free Buttermilk Biscuits, Cinnamon Rolls with Icing, Puff Pastry and Gluten-Free & Vegan Pizza Crusts.

Are your products safe for Celiacs?
- YES! All our products are 100% gluten-free and celiac-safe. Our dedicated GF facility is certified GF. We also ensure all of our raw ingredients are also either certified GF and/or also produced in a dedicated GF facility.
- Our line is also Egg-Free, Nut-Free and Soy-Free! We try to avoid seeds, coconut, oats/oat flour, pea fiber and pea protein.
How does your shipping work?
- We ship frozen nationwide using dry ice, insulated packaging, and are in transit no more than 48 hours. Please see below for our full shipping policy
- In order to ship, we require a minimum of 6 items or maximum of 12 items to qualify.

SHIPPING POLICY

🚨 PRE-ORDER DISCLAIMER: ALL ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED PRE-ORDERS We greatly appreciate your patience and support during this exciting yet difficult time for our small team. ALL PRE-ORDERS are on a fulfillment wait time of 5 to 6 months. As a reminder, we operate on a PRE-ORDER basis for a few reasons.
- 1) We make ALL of our products lovingly by hand to perfection.
- 2) We take great pride in ensuring safe and high-quality products, which means there are certain things we just can't rush.
- 3) Due to our insane demand, this is the most feasible way our small operation can continue to function while still growing sustainably.
- Products may defrost slightly in shipping! Just pop them into your freezer right away. If an order arrives thawed and warm, please reply back to your original order email so we can better serve you.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds after an order has been shipped. Shipping issues, including carrier delays, damage, loss, and theft do happen but are out of our control. GoodLove offers reshipments on a case by case basis and for an additional fee, as we know, mistakes do happen.
- We cannot ship to PO Boxes - We require a physical & residential address at checkout. If you choose to ship to a business address, we are not liable for thawed product caused due to issues with business hours. We appreciate your understanding. We're not liable for damaged products due delays caused by incorrect shipping information.
- Oops! If we missed an item in your order, we will refund the item and pro-rate your shipping. If we missed 2 or more, we'll reship those items.
- Once an order ships we cannot redirect it to a different address as this causes delays that result in damaged product. We are not liable for damaged products caused by redirected shipments made by the receiver.
- All shipping information can be found in your original Order Confirmation email. As soon as a label is printed, the tracking number is added to your Order Page and an email shipping confirmation is sent once it is in transit.
Ultimately our goal is for your to have the BEST experience and we do our absolute best to ensure our shipments arrive frozen. Thank You!
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- We understand that things happen! If you wish to cancel your order, use the link below to submit your request.
- Please note that Chargebacks can take up to 2 months to investigate causing a refund delay. If you wish to cancel your order, you will typically receive a full refund with 24 to 48 hours.
- We are happy to cancel your order at anytime as long as your order is not in transit or has already been packed for shipping. You will receive an email confirming once the cancellation has been processed.
- Note! It can take 24-48 hours to process your request. Refunds can take a few business days to show up on your statement and bank account.
Do you offer Pick-Up?
- Yes! We offer pick-up at our Longmont HQ location by appointment only.
- Select the "Pick-up" option instead of Shipping at check-out. You will then receive a Calendly link with available dates to confirm your appointment and pick up your order.
